	Ick, I strongly dislike using those weird types. What are we trying to 
be portable with exactly? We generally only care about Unix platforms. 
And Gert already indicated that the AMD64/faad problem was fixed without 
the need for the synthetic portability afforded by _t types.

	I assert that there is nothing wrong with using the standard C types.
