I would do the other way. As long as this libs are included into libxine 
tarball, the internal versions should be prevered. The included version 
is tested and should work with the internal vcdx plugin. I would make 
internal versions default and make usage of external libraries with 
--with-external-xyzlib

Ok, it's also no problem to include all the --with-internal-xyzlib flags 
to the spec-file, but there ever will be a change before release I 
don't realise before it's to late...
