Subject: [Xpert] HTMLized man pages don't install correctly

I've installed XFree86 4.0.1 and have had trouble with the HTML documentation.
The HTML documentation for man section 3 does not install properly in
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/doc/html
The manindex3.html file is corrupted and shows a copyright message over and
over for each link instead of the names of the functions. The other
man[?]index.html files are OK.
The symbolic links made between the html pages in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/doc/html
are wrong too. The links are broken because the links refer to *.3x.html
pages but the actual pages in there are all *.3.html.
I get some "macro not recognized" messages during "make World" related to
the man pages as you can see below:
