   This only effects the root window (default) cursor.  It
doesn't prevent apps from installing their own cursors.  You'd
need an X-server hack to force client cursors invisible.  Though
I suppose if you wrote all the clients you'd be running, which
may be the case for a kiosk-like device, you could ensure that
the clients didn't install custom cursors.
