The general aspect of my screen is with "larger" policies. When checking the log file of server startup, I find the following lines: ( My computer is a Toshiba laptop with 800x600 LCD panel) ... (--) CHIPS(0): Virtual size is 800x600 (pitch 800) (**) CHIPS(0): Default mode "800x600": 40.0 MHz, 37.9 kHz, 60.3 Hz (--) CHIPS(0): Display dimensions: (23, 17) cm (--) CHIPS(0): DPI set to (88, 89) ... Everything is working properly excepting this point. Well, under previous 3.x version, DPI was 75x75. Also, the dimension of my screen as indicated are false, it is 18 x 24.5 cm and not 23x17 cm as indicated. My question is: is it possible to force the display dimensions & resolution? how to do it?
