When building a static library,=C2=A0cmake=C2=A0should not=C2=A0set a SONAM=
E or rename the static library file.=C2=A0The static library should just be=
 named=C2=A0libxerces-c.a and not=C2=A0libxerces-c-3.2.a (otherwise it won'=
t link with -lxerces-c.
