I'd create an attachement for Bugzilla bug "[Bug 11974] - mak-files 
for bcc32 v.5.5.1 (free or from BCB5)"
( http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=11974 )
with files for building XercesC 2.2.0 with bcc32 v.5.5.1.
