Actually hvm support in both jessie with xen 4.3 and sid with xen 4.4 is
broken, to fix it you should wait new build or do it manually from git that
have the it fixed:

After the new build finally we will have a good support hvm domUs I was
waiting for years... or at least seems from my fast test.

I need also xendomains updated, better spice support and other minor things
that I solved with this, I link it below if someother need but I notice that
is NOT official supported (except for some patches backported from xen 4.5):
