I'm experiencing something similar on a CentOS 5.4 system with a Gigabyte
consumer motherboard.  Dom0 locks up when itself or a guest (with e1000)
experiences high network load, e.g. with iperf.  Both 1000Mbps or a few runs of
400Mbps is enough to hang dom0.
