Hi, I found a bug in Xchat.
Sometimes 
/me msgs (PRIVMSG ACTION)
appears as normal msg with _ACTION at the beginning (_
<-- is \001 char)..

I saw this problem in different channels where people
sends many different /me lines.

An example is in dalnet #scp  sent by Henar every 2-3
minutes.. (please don't complain about the channel :)

I am using Xchat 1.8.9
