Take a look at the sample code for the Sync api of
version 3.2.9.5 at:

Hi All,

I am trying to use the XAudio SDK to decode an MP3
file and obtain a buffer to the decoded data ( raw pcm
information ). 
I've not been able to quite figure out how this can be
acheived. Help is greatly appretiated and appolagize
if this is a very basic question.
