It should be compatible with any Xerces 2.x parser, although we won't 
guarantee that.  We will test and build against 2.8.  It should also work 
with the Xerces-C trunk, which is the 3.x releae stream.

You will have to use Subversion to get the code.

No.  Most commits are tracked by Jira issues, so you could look at those to 
get an idea of what's changed.

We can't produce an XSLT 2.0 engine without people volunteering to help 
out.  In addition, I'm slightly handicapped, as I worked on XQuery during 
my time at IBM, so there are some areas of XSLT 2.0 that I should avoid due 
to intellectual property issues.
