If you can post the source XML file and the stylesheet, perhaps someone can 
take a look at it.  If you can't post the source files, because they're 
proprietary, or too large, try to create a minimal set of inputs that 
reproduces the problem.

Without more information, it's impossible to say if it's a bug or not.
