I think you meant ftp servers, right?  The upcoming version of wu-ftpd
(2.8.0) has TLS support.  It would also allow you to do secure auth,
file listing, and, transfers (upload/download).  However, you would also
need to find a ftp client that supports TLS (such as ftp-tls, pftp,
WS_FTP Pro, CuteFTP PRO, FlashFXP, etc.).

If you can't wait to try it out, please download the latest CVS nightly
snapshot here but USE at your own risk!
