Gee, I hope Bero's tool didn't do these for you.  The first test would be to
remove them.  Don't forget to test that not only does it work for the
owners, but that it correctly fails to work for everyone else.

If removing them does not solve your issue, read the ftpaccess man page
section on the upload clause, and read the upload configuration howto as
well as, possibly, the guest howto addendum.  All these documents are online
at http://www.wu-ftpd.org/
