Hi Lochana,

According to the explanation I have done in the following link[1],

"Download and put the feature.properties
<http://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/carbon/kernel/branches/4.2.0/samples/student-manager/features/feature.properties>
 file into the student-manager-features folder."

Notice that in *each pom.xml*, I have include the relative path to the
feature.properties file as follows.

    *<propertiesFile>../feature.properties</propertiesFile>*

By any chance if you have given the wrong file path to the above element,
at the feature installation you will not see the license agreement which
results in, unable to install the feature. So make sure the file path given
maps to the feature.properties file derectory structure.

Hope this probably should solve the problem.
