Hi all,

When APIM 2.5 was setup in an distributed environment with the use of
oracle 11g database, the APIs created having capital letters in its api
name will not be shown in the store when the user is not logged in. This
issue only found when using oracle databases for the distributed setup. The
Github issue related to this can be found [1]
