When service is created through WTP plugin, archives cannot be generated using WSAS \
                'Create Service Archive' option

Following error thrown when selecting 'Create Service Archive' option in WSAS \
'Service Group' page if the service is generated by Eclipse WTP.

Deploy a service via Eclipse WTP
Access WSAS management console
Select 'Create Service Archive' option
