Hi All,

This was a bug in all 4.6.0, 4.5.1, 4.5.0. None of the
synapse artifacts deployed through CApp are shown the CApp mgt page. I have
fixed this on trunk (r172163).

But other artifacts such as service, webapps are getting shown without any
issues. So I want to confirm whether there was
any intended change related to this, during ESB 4.5.0 release?
