i imagine a few of the issues are such that they can only be
reproduced on win32.
i have myself a few captures crashing the win32 svn builds with
windows version of sig segv   but that works well under linux.
(im trying to convince several individuals with access to a win32
build env to just load the captures and send me a stack backtrace)


it would be really nice with
1, vpn/rdp access to the buildbot hosts to do these kind of tests for
those of us that are win32 build disadvantaged
2, if the win32 buildbot was stabilized so one could do quick test
checkins and test the resulting code
