You seem to have been able to create an account on ask.wireshark.org:

The login credentials for bugs.wireshark.org and ask.wireshark.org are not
necessarily the same. Be sure to use the login credentials for that site, not
this one. But you seemed to have been able to successfully login at least
twice:
Mike123456 has validated the e-mail user@domain 7 mins ago
Mike123456 has logged in 7 mins ago
Mike123456 was awarded the Validated Email badge 7 mins ago
Mike123456 has logged in 10 mins ago
Mike123456 has joined the Wireshark Q&A Q&A community 10 mins ago
In any case, your problem seems to be bug 13673, not this bug.
