sample capture, frames 20, 28, 40 & 58 are not dissected by WSP sub-dissector

lastest git

TShark (Wireshark) 1.99.9 (v1.99.9rc0-25-g000ce64 from master)

Some frames are not dissected (will attach some network traces) by tshark, the
sames frame though are in fact dissected by wireshark
