This is just waiting to throw the switch of generating from ASN1?

Given this blocks a number of other tickets and hasn't received any love from
people who know Kerberos, I'd be tempted to just do it and see if people
complain. Otherwise somebody is liable to start tweaking the non-generated
kerberos dissector again and they'll get out of sync.
