HI Gianluca !!
I use the Winpcap for a long time.
Not a long ago I updated with version 4.1.2.
Now I've the problem  with obtaining IP addresses.
If NIC (network interface card) doesn't active (not connected to network) m=
y applications can't obtain its IP address.
With older version 3.0 all were OK.

Please advice.
