Are you using any sort of firewall/antimalware software on your machine? It looks as \
though some component (an intermediate driver?) is filtering packets before they \
reach the WinPcap driver.

  Problem: 

  I use WinPcap 4.1 beta and try to capture packets from my network adapter. But all \
I recieve from it - is only incoming packets. Outgoing packets are not captured. So, \
I launched WinDump to compare the result, and it also shown only incoming packets for \
this interface, but not outgoing. Then I tried Microsoft Network Monitor 3.1 and it \
returned good result! It shown outgoing packets. So why MS Network monitor is able to \
display all traffic( incoming and outgoing ) and WinPcap is not?  So can you help me? \
Hope for fast answer :-)
