You can get CWP from http://home.clara.net/lnd/. It's freeware.

The bitmaps in the toolbar come out really distorted. I also got this
fixme message:

fixme:bitmap:X11DRV_DIB_GetImageBits_1 from 1 bit bitmap with mask R,G,B
ff0000,ff00,ff to 1 bit DIB

and a ton of these:

fixme:commctrl:FlatSB_SetScrollProp stub

fixme:commctrl:InitializeFlatSB stub
