I don't remember if this was admitted as a temporary workaround, but
outputting the tab text on screen is now done using ExtTextOutW; this is
wrong since this api does not expand the accelerators characters, so &Copy
for example is printed as is instead of underlining the C character.

DrawTextA was used before and DrawTextW should be used now.

Of course DrawTextW does not display Unicode correctly now :-)
