following Alexandre idea, I tried to move the buffer and buffer_size
field of the TEB at the end of the struct (the offset 40 and 44 with
dummy entries) and IE now runs better (well it crashes a little bit
further)

so, we'll have to figure out whether IE corrupts inadvertently the
TEB structure or if it really uses the value usually stored at offset
40 in TEB. Does someone knows what is at this offset ?
