Yes, however it doesn't work yet, but I have made it compile,
not all patches are in the main tree though,
and I have other priorities at the moment.

The emulator which most people refer to then they say Wine,
are currently x86 only and doing a Alpha emulator
is not trivial.

WineLib, the Windows to Unix porting tool, is more
realistic to fix, eventhough WineLib still has a lot 
of alignment, byte order and 64-bit problem.

A warning, getting WineLib and especially Wine on Alpha to 
work is a very large task, so if you are not up to it,
back out now. I can provide more details if you are
_really_ intrested.
