Works fine, thanks  for the explanation.
The removal of the extra SetWindowPos let Wine load a list of  7000 entries
in about the same time than WinNt 4 (1 second), against 18 seconds
without the patch...an improvement worth of sending it to wine-patches
IMO :-)
