The MSDEVS6 include files say that ver.h of the SDK is obsolete (via no
less than a #pragma message" !)  However Wine's implementation is alive
and well.

Can anyone think of a reason not to follow the SDK and move the
information across.

Does anyone know what SDK version this happened in?
