As far as the testsuite is concerned it is still true. An alternative is r600g, which \
almost runs the d3d tests successfully according to Henri.

Wrt real games fglrx is in a pretty good shape. Performance isn't as good as the \
Nvidia drivers, and there are a few bugs here and there. However, if a game doesn't \
work I usually blame Wine first and then the driver. Bleeding edge games are probably \
still tricky.
