Maybe less scary in absolute numbers:
2016Q3: 5 out of 39 = 12.82%
2016Q4: 2 out of 53 =  3.77%
2017Q1: 3 out of 63 =  4.76%
2017Q2: 3 out of 43 =  6.98%
2017Q3: 2 out of 39 =  5.13%
