Jonathan,
Thank you for the reminder that I failed the send out the follow up to this
tech talk.

----------
If you missed Friday's talk and would like to view the recording, here is
the link: *https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWiDimlK4bE
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWiDimlK4bE>*
It has been released under a creative commons license.

If you have any questions please get in touch with Stephan LaPorte <
slaporte@wikimedia.org>

You can check out past tech talk recordings at the MediaWiki YouTube page
here: http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCg4wlhlN8RjP6_e_vMC4CTA

If you have an idea for a future tech talk that you would like to nominate
one, please add your suggestions here:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:Calendar/How_to_schedule_an_event/TechTalks

---------
To answer your question, I have not run a tech talk on that topic, however
that does not mean it might not exist somewhere else. You can see all of
the previous tech talk topics here:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Tech_talks

If someone would like to volunteer to run a tech talk on "content licenses
for article text and images" (or anything else) I would be happy to run the
talk. Just let me know. :)

Rachel
