Congratulations to Matma Rex (Bartosz Dziewoński) who now has +2 powers
in mediawiki/core and MediaWiki extensions.  He is most interested in
frontend (CSS and JS), and I am particularly grateful to him for his
work redoing the Cologne Blue skin and saving it from the revamp scythe.
