Hi all, 
from what I hear Cleveland OH
is becoming quite a tech hub and
North Carolina with AIT.com is
an excellent colo and hosting site.
So there are options other than 
LA and Fla. 

As to Europe, would this perhaps
open the door to the reintegration
of es.wikipedia with Enciclopedia
Libre at Seville University? It would
be nice to somehow share information,
we've been incorporating a lot of their
articles into the Spanish wiki.
