Grrr.... stupid cvs double command line system. The "-r stable" goes
_after_ the "co", not before it:

export CVS_RSH=ssh 
export CVSROOT=":ext:vibber@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/wikipedia"
cvs co -r stable phase3

Obviously don't use "vibber" if you're not me. ;)
