Not all of the images have SVGs and for those that do there are often
differences between the PNG and SVG version; see
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Project_Nuvola_2.0%2B for
examples.

As for the filesizes of the 128x128 icons, most of their usages are
thumbnailed anyway.
