I wonder if the ratio would have been significantly different if the
reason for nomination hadn't been so terrible (the template *isn't*
used for censorship, of course).  Looking through the "votes" there
doesn't seem to be very much intelligent discussion on either side of
the issue.

I still hate that damn template.  At the very least I think most would
agree that it is overused.
