WP:OFFICE should be done publicly.  I am certain that at least old time
Wikipedians would have enough of a clue to not act like jerks if we
can't explain right away what is going on.

We should be very clear about the distinction between things done under
the rubric of WP:OFFICE (which means at the moment Danny and/or Brad for
the most part although in some cases I suppose it could go further than
that) and things done by me in accordance with our longstanding
community traditions.
