Hi,

I would appreciate if you can help me on the following problem (sorry
if the question was answered before as I am new to "wget"):

$ wget http://199.105.102.9/chanty004/kit101.zip
--22:08:07--  http://199.105.102.9:80/chanty004/kit101.zip
           => `kit101.zip'
Connecting to 199.105.102.9:80...
Connection to 199.105.102.9:80 refused.            

Strangely, I can use "netscape" to see the file
http://199.105.102.9/chanty004/kit101.zip.  Why can't I use "wget" to
retrieve the same file?
