I have wget 1.5.3 and the bug is that wget doesn't load every images.
For example,
  wget -q -r http://www.csi.uottawa.ca/ordal/papers/sander/main.html
didn't load all images.

It missed images img1.gif, img28.gif for example --- total of about 20
or more images were missing.

Our system is DEC Alpha, OSF.

If you don't have the same bug, then I may do debug tests here if you
just could tell me what to test.
