For more sophisticated (and production-quality) plots, you can install the RPlugin \
for WEKA (after you have installed R). 

This will give you an R console in the Explorer that you can use to modify the data \
that has been loaded into the Explorer (e.g., calculate the average accuracy for \
parameter settings) and visualise it in any manner imaginable.

Note that installation of the RPlugin has recently become much easier (if all goes \
well during installation, that is) so the complicated instructions from

should no longer be necessary. If you have R installed, and then installed the \
RPlugin using the WEKA package manager, things *should* just work.
