The "wavelet" package only supports the HAAR transform.

ADAMS (https://adams.cms.waikato.ac.nz/), which also has a module for
Weka, comes with support for: Haar, CDF2_4, Daubechies2, Symmlet8.

AIRS was never part of the official Weka distribution. You are
probably referring to the following defunct project on
sourceforge.net:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/wekaclassalgos/

That project hasn't been maintained for a long time. However, I turned
the project into an unofficial Weka package:
https://github.com/fracpete/wekaclassalgos

Please note, I've never actually used any of these algorithms.
