The classifiers in MOA can be used as updateable classifiers in WEKA
using the weka.classifiers.meta.MOA meta-classifier, and the
classifiers implementing UpdateableClassifier in WEKA can be used in
MOA using the WEKAClassifier or SingleClassifierDrift
meta-classifiers.

The main differences between MOA and WEKA are the evaluation used and
the classifiers implemented. MOA uses a fast real-time prequential
evaluation where instances are first used to test and then to train.
