Thanks for the replies.

As I understand GridWEKA and ParallelWEKA  are used to perform cross
validations in classifiers faster. 

What technique/method should I use if I want to distribute the data across
several nodes (data size > 100GB) and run parallel - clustering and
parallel-apriori algorithms on it? 

What should be the optimal way of running data mining algorithms on such a
huge data using multicore clusters for faster processing maintaining the
accuracy of results?
