BAGGING ..is a meta learner technique...means it grows many instances of
a classifier and combine them to get better classification results.
In ur case PART is base classifier ...grown for 10 times and combines
hoping to get better classification result
u can also use other classifiers such as Neural networks/ SVM /
trees/ as a base clasisfier
