It is in the order that the classes were defined in the header of the
data file. If you want to get the class names you need the Instances
object that the classifier was trained with, from which you can call
classAttribute() to get the class attribute. On this attribute you can
call value(i) where i is the index you want the name for, to get the
class name as a String.
