can we have different UI here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Jskyqnidw ?

the five buttons "copy to.." webmin/usemin/dovecat etc. lead away from the
page, the back button doesn't work (as everywhere), it's a pain.

almost every time on this page you want to use a certificate for all of
these things, so, please give us a "use for all"  button or a table with
checkmarks and a "select all" checkbox.
