The problem with the message itself is that it's "too big" on a server
with many Virtualmin servers to backup :-)

Our ticket system truncates the text/plain and text/html part at 32Kb;
which in all fairness doesn't matter too much because there are very few
messages >32Kb of text content.

It'd be great if this could be implemented somehow.
